Proven industry experience: We have carried out over 1,000 calibrations of trailer-mounted GH2+ measuring systems, and have delivered hundreds of systems. This forms the basis for continuous optimization and bespoke maintenance concepts.
High-end technology: Our high-pressure test benches with Critical Nozzle technology are specially optimized for hydrogen – calibrations with H₂-equivalent density of up to 100 bar correspond to real operating conditions of up to 1,000 bar and -40 °C

Why is density-adjusted calibration crucial?
Coriolis mass flow meters are the preferred option for hydrogen billing. Although they are typically calibrated using water, this does not ensure the required level of accuracy for measuring hydrogen. Air calibrations are more realistic, but are not sufficient on their own because air differs significantly from hydrogen in terms of density and pressure behaviour.
The solution: TrigasFI performs air calibrations up to 100 bar and adjusts the density to match real hydrogen conditions. This ensures that your measurements are precise and legally compliant.
