Hydrogen - THE ENERGY SOURCE OF THE FUTURE

Hydrogen is considered the energy carrier of the future and can make a decisive contribution to decarbonisation. It is mainly used in power generation, the industry and mobility sector and in the heating market. The greatest potentials lie in the fuel industry, the heavy-duty transport sector and the steel industry. While hydrogen gas serves as an energy supplier in the automotive sector, the gas can also be used as an reducing agent in steel production, thus replacing coal and natural gas.

Only in very few cases the needed hydrogen is produced on site and must therefore be delivered. The quantities delivered are measured with special systems and billed accordingly. This is where we come in as an established calibration laboratory.
