Furthermore, we can keep ready-to-use, conformity-assessed measuring systems on standby to assure minimum downtimes. A complete recalibration can be carried out within a few hours. This means almost no effort on the customer’s part with regard to organising the recalibration of the system. The calibration ranges prescribed by the calibration authorities require higher pressures on the unit under test. TrigasFI is the only company in the German-speaking world to have a high-pressure gas calibration system, accredited according to ISO 17025, which meets these requirements.
Calibration of Custody Transfer Hydrogen Metering Systems
In order to ensure the stipulated measurement accuracy for suppliers and customers in custody transfer (i.e. the measured and displayed quantity in kg, litres or m³ is within the error limits), regular recalibrations are specified. In order to minimise the downtimes of the measuring system and the costs of recalibrations, we offer a full-service logistics concept for recalibration. This includes:
- Administration of the measuring equipment
- Information on when the next test date is due
- Planning of the calibration
- Service and inspection of the system
- Complete metrological testing of the system
- Coordination with responsible authorities (calibration office, conformity assessment body etc.)
- Creation and archiving of all documentation
