Versatility

We operate about 20 flow calibration rigs of diverse measuring principles. Because of this, we have the flexibility to customize our work to meet your precise needs. We are for example, one of few flow laboratories able to calibrate with real fluids. Not only liquids, but gases as well. As a result, we ensure proper measurement performance under actual operating conditions.

Quality

TrigasFI® is ISO 17025 accredited. As a result we an provide DAkkS accreditation for practically all Flow calibrations performed in our lab. Likewise, we are also ISO 9001 certified.

Experience in Calibration and Service

Our employee list includes technicians with previous experience at well known flow meter manufacturers. In addition, our calibration specialists receive regular training. Likewise, training is also obtained from other flow meter manufacturers. This is possible through cooperation agreements with various manufacturers who also use our services for their development testing needs.

We use primary and secondary standards of different operating principles but with overlapping ranges. This gives us the flexibility for effective internal inter-comparisons. Consequently, we can detect deviations quickly and efficiently. As a result, we offer the best calibration precision among DAkkS accredited calibration laboratories.

We are impartial! TrigasFI is not tied to any flow meter manufacturer. Being an Independent DAkkS flow calibration laboratory ensures unbiased, reliable calibration results.

Fast Turnaround

Our target turnaround time for calibrations is five work days. Depending on workload, we are sometimes challenged to maintain adherence to this target. But we know how important it is to avoid process interruptions. We therefore offer an emergency 24-hour service. And when the need is dire, we even offer calibration-while-you-wait service.

Calibration and Service of Gas Flowmeters

High Pressure Gas Calibration up to 300 bar

Depending on the measuring principle, gas calibration at low pressure has disadvantages such as high pressure loss and and/or a too small measuring range. TrigasFI has the only high-pressure calibration facility in the German-speaking area that overcomes these hurdles.

Calibration of Custody Transfer Hydrogen Metering Systems

TrigasFI offers a unique full-service logistics concept for the mandatory repeat tests in custody transfer hydrogen transport.

Adjustments and Repairs

We do not only calibrate your flow meters. In most cases we can also adjust flow meters that do not meet specifications. And subsequently return them to you with a conformity declaration. Even if an instrument is defective and we cannot repair it in-house, no problem. We will be pleased to organize the repair with the original manufacturer for you.

Liquid On-Site Calibrations

Your flow meter cannot be removed from the process line? Or perhaps it is so urgently needed that cannot be shipped for calibration off site? TrigasFI will gladly come to you and perform the calibrations on-site. This way you can avoid extensive process downtime.
